An outstanding reminder to continue the good work, regardless of the outside forces and voices. I'm in agreement with Jill Filipovic's piece in this month's Atlantic on The Resilience Gap-- to close it we must have people with hope and with agency (my words for her ideas). While the environment will change, that must not.

Last week we (my organization - the Center for Respectful Leadership) held an "Emergency Dialogue" about the current challenges DE&I is facing; it was attended by about 30 DE&I experts and it was a sobering and somewhat depressing discussion.
