Sally -- every day can be a leap-out-of-the-bed-day...

One of the trends I've been researching is how firms can measure "Organizational Commitment" (vs. Employee Engagement). Organizational Commitment is a more modern and predictive alternative to Employee Engagement. It is a well-validated measure of employees' commitment to their company's goals and values.

I like this Robert- that's good strong language, organizational commitment. Stronger than engagement, which has also become overused.
