My sister Cece Helgesen has a small business in Montpellier, France, organizing storytelling events and helping individual clients tell their stories at conferences and on social media.
What a timely article. 50 years in education, I, like others from the nonprofit perspective, give away so much. People who want something for nothing use guilt to get what they want from us. It leaves us drained. I heard years ago, if it isn't in writing, it doesn't exist. Thank you Sally for reminding me that if I don't think I am worth it, who else will.
Thanks William. There's a slow learning curve on this for most of us. My goal is to help the next generations get there quicker than we/I did.
Thank you Jonathan! Glad you enjoyed it.

Great tips, Sally!
